My commitment is to make better citizens by teaching children to think and solve the problems of everyday life. Teaching children from the earliest years about the processes of creative, logical, and critical thinking to build better thinking and problem solving skills is a goal of the organization I am working to build. It is critical that we improve the foundation for education beginning at birth and continue to support and supplement the education of our children throughout their academic careers. Our organization’s vision is to elevate the standards of early childhood education and care while providing all children with the opportunity to obtain the strongest foundation for education, enter school ready to learn and prepared to reach their fullest positive potentials. By elevating the standards of care we will create a new paradigm of early childhood education and care bringing systemic transformational change to the way services are designed, funded, and provided within the community. To realize our vision we are working to build an engaging facility environment specifically designed to meet the developmental needs of each individual child addressing cognitive, physical, psychosocial, and emotional development; while encompassing the best theories and practices of Montessori, Reggio Emillia, Piaget, Maslow, Erikson, Vygotsky, Bandura, and Gardner; and multiple intelligences, learning styles and today’s best practices in early childhood development. The immense scope of this endeavor will require a collaborative effort of education, business, government, finance, and community leaders to secure necessary capital resources. Imagine a world of peace, advanced knowledge in science, education, medicine, health; poverty, and hunger elimination; energy solutions for the world, a clean environment, or just the knowledge to teacher your children well.
